I have a head circumference of 59~60 cm (depending on whether I wear a balaclava), and this size fits snugly without being loose or pinching.
📏 Size Tip: Head Size Is Only Half the Story
Many people focus solely on head circumference when buying a helmet.
But with small shell helmets, your face shape also matters—especially the cheekbone area.
In my case, I have slightly prominent cheekbones, so although the helmet technically fits my head, some models squeeze my face.
This particular helmet, though, provides enough face space while still looking sleek and small externally.
